What we build

Six things we do, and we do them together

Most IoT projects stall in the seams between hardware, cloud and interface. We staff all three from day one, so nobody is waiting on a vendor to answer a question about a byte order.

Device firmware and edge software

Sensor drivers, power budgets, local buffering and store-and-forward for sites with bad connectivity. Signed over-the-air updates from the first prototype, not bolted on later.

Node.js ingestion and services

An MQTT front door, a device registry, a rules engine and clean HTTP and WebSocket APIs. Written in TypeScript, sized to your message rate, and load tested with a simulated fleet before real hardware arrives.

React operator consoles

The screen your team actually uses: live fleet map, per-device history, alarm rules, firmware rollouts and role-based access. Built for a shift supervisor on a ten-year-old browser, not for a demo.

Installer and customer apps

Bluetooth provisioning flows an installer can finish in ninety seconds on a cold rooftop, plus the customer-facing app that comes after. One React Native codebase for both stores.

Cloud, deployment and monitoring

Infrastructure as code, one-command environments, and dashboards that page a human before a customer notices. We hand you the keys and the runbook, or keep running it for you.

Analytics and models on the data

Once the telemetry is clean, it becomes useful: anomaly detection on vibration, failure prediction from duty cycles, and small models that run on the gateway when the link drops.

Why one team

The seams are where connected products go wrong

Every handover between a firmware vendor, a cloud partner and a design agency is a place for an assumption to hide. Here is what that costs, and what we do instead.

The seamWhat usually happensWhat we do
Device ↔ cloudPayload format agreed in a spreadsheet, then diverges silently after the first firmware change. One versioned schema owned jointly, validated at ingest, with old versions kept working.
Cloud ↔ interfaceThe console is built against mock data and meets real telemetry a week before launch. The console reads from the real ingest path from the first week of the prototype.
Build ↔ operateHandover is a repository link and a wiki page nobody has tested.Your engineers ship a real production change while we are still sitting next to them.
Firmware ↔ factoryProvisioning is designed after the production run is scheduled.Test jig and provisioning procedure are proven on the pilot batch.

Not sure which of these you need?

Most first calls end with a shorter list than the one people arrive with. Tell us what you are trying to measure and we will tell you what we would leave out.
